As part of this initiative, 4,000 individuals across eight rural locations will be screened for cervical, breast, and oral cancers in women, and oral cancer in men. Select sites will also use AI-powered breast cancer screening with Niramai technology. The launch featured a symbolic flag-off of the mobile cancer screening van, marking the first step in taking preventive healthcare closer to underserved communities.
This is only the beginning of a transformative journey. In the weeks and months ahead, the Sanjeevani Initiative will continue to create impact across rural India, helping communities move one step closer to a future where cancer is detected early, treated effectively, and lives are saved.
